Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our courses are sports-focused, and to help you get the most out of our practical, hands-on sessions, we recommend wearing sporting attire. Comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement is ideal, along with closed-toe, supportive footwear featuring a non-slip sole. Please avoid jeans, formal clothing, or open-toe shoes, as these can restrict your movement and reduce comfort. Dressing appropriately not only helps you fully engage in all activities but also ensures your safety throughout the course.

  • Our courses and workshops are designed specifically for physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals who work with athletes. However, we warmly welcome healthcare students and non-healthcare professionals with experience in athlete care and welfare to participate in our training.

  • A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a reference number that creates an online record of your training and qualifications attained in Australia. It is mandatory for anyone undertaking nationally recognised training or courses with a registered training organisation (RTO).

You’ll need a USI to enrol and receive your certificate of completion. It allows you to access your full training history online and ensures your qualifications are recorded in a national database.

You can create your USI for free at www.usi.gov.au. It only takes a few minutes.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you're unable to attend, please let us know at least 48 hours before the course starts to avoid being charged the full course fee.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or non-attendance on the day, will incur the full course fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage course availability for all participants.

  • If you need to cancel your course, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the start time. We’ll be happy to offer you a one-time complimentary voucher to rebook your course at no extra cost.

Please note that this free rebooking is available once per booking. If a second cancellation occurs, the full course fee will apply for re-enrolment.

  • You're welcome to attend the in-person session even if the pre-course isn't completed; however, we strongly recommend finishing the pre-course first to get the most out of your training.

Please note, your certificate will only be issued once both the pre-course, and in-person components are successfully completed. We're here to help if you need any support with accessing the pre-course materials.

  • GST does not apply to any of our Nationally Accredited Courses, including the Emergency Care in Sport course, as these are GST-free.

However, our workshop fees do include GST, as they are not part of nationally accredited training.

If you have any questions about pricing or invoices, we're happy to help!
